个人简介

博士,西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院副教授,陕西省抗癌协会肿瘤影像专业委员会青年委员会常务委员、智慧医疗组副主任委员。2008年7月毕业于西安交通大学,获得本科学位。2012年5月毕业于美国爱荷华大学(University of Iowa)获哲学博士学位,同年受聘于爱荷华大学医学影像研究中心任博士后研究员。2013年8月全职回到西安交通大学。目前致力于机器视觉技术在医学影像的智能分析中的应用研究,具体研究课题包括基于眼底图像的糖尿病视网膜病变等的检测、基于三维OCT图像的眼底增龄性黄斑病变的诊断、基于便携眼底照相机和智能手机的糖尿病视网膜病变早筛等。先后主持国家级和省部级项目3项,并作为骨干成员参与国家重大仪器开发专项,在IEEE Trans. on Medical Imaging,Proceedings of IEEE等国际知名学术期刊和会议发表论文20余篇,其中第一作者文章13篇(ESI高被引论文1篇,ESI热点论文1篇),文章引用次数超过500次,具有国际专利4项,在申请专利3项,并担任KBEI等本领域重要会议的执行委员、IEEE Trans. on Medical Imaging, IEEE Trans. on Biomedical Engineering等期刊和会议的审稿人。
